You shall not register our audio tracks, or any derivative works containing our audio, with any automated copyright identification systems (such as YouTube Content ID, Facebook Rights Manager, or digital fingerprinting platforms). This ensures the audio remains accessible to all legitimate creators.
5. Limitation of Liability
Our audio tracks are provided on an "as is" baseline without any warranty of any kind. In no event shall Creators Audio Vault or its creators be liable for any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of or in connection with the use of the audio.
